Welcome to The Crafts Fair Frue Plads 2012
(The Square of Our Lady)

The Crafts Fair is an annual event, arranged by the Danish Arts and Crafts Association. The market provides a unique opportunity to get a glimpse into the many crafts and design studios in Denmark, this year for the 29th time.

Experience the works by more than 130 professionals within the fields of ceramics, glass, textiles, wood/basketry and jewellery.

All exhibitors are members of the association. Members have either graduated from the Danish design/arts and crafts schools, or have been included through strict censorship.

The Crafts Market’s Prize – Håndfuglen 2012
Håndfuglen was established in 2007 and is awarded to the winners of two competitions Best New Product and Best One Off Piece respectively. The winner of Best New Product was selected in the spring. The winner of Best One Off Piece is selected by the jury at the market and is also awarded at the opening.

The jury comprises Bettina Køppe, Merete Ahnfeldt-Mollerup, Susanne Jøker Johnsen and Louise Gaarmann.
